After completing 2 terms of training with you I just felt I need to thank you for your support and the great team environment you have. It was the most scary thing joining something called team training when you are very over weight and unfit. I have the greatest admiration for the other members of the group who welcome you, encourage you, and help you in any way they can.
It amazes me how you see everything and everybody. How a little movement of a foot or knee can make such a difference to an exercise. I am looking forward to returning in the New Year.

I’ve been doing Team Training with
a crew from Republik for 10 weeks now. I have never really
gone too well with gym memberships so I thought I would give
something a little different a go, 10 weeks in I love it.
The changes in my body and overall fitness are incredible.
Kraig is a fantastic trainer and knows when
to push you or when to let you do it at your own pace and
doing it with a crew means you have the motivation (or peer
pressure!) to get out of bed and brave the weather at 6am.
I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to see results.”

Since starting team training last term I
have lost 5 kgs! Best exercise I have ever been involved in,
love the team environment - it makes you push yourself that
little bit harder.
Having so many people from work join up
is also great, we get to work at 8.30 and have a chat in the
cafe about the mornings exercises - it's been a great bonding
thing... definitely worth every penny!

Team training is a great way to start the
day. There is nothing like 20 other people waiting for you
to get you out of bed in the morning. You quickly get fitter,
faster, stronger and feel great for it.

What a great way to start the day. I am
41, haven’t exercised for 2 years and spend 7 hours
a day sitting at a desk, so the first training session was
a real struggle. The next day I was extremely sore and sorry
for myself but it only emphasized to me how unfit I was and
made me more determined to keep going. I now leap out of bed
at the first sound of my alarm.
Kraig mixes the training sessions so every
day is a new challenge and a different routine from the one
before. Training in teams leaves little room for slacking
as we all have fun trying to outdo the others.
I now find my muscles are starting to tone
up, my weight is starting to decrease and best of all I have
ENERGY.

Having been a regular gym-goer for a number
of years, I considered myself fairly fit - but after only
a few weeks of Team Training I started to notice improvement
in my all-round fitness and body conditioning.
Kraig, the Personal Trainer, structures
each workout to accommodate and challenge all levels of fitness.
The workouts provide an opportunity to get out of the gym

I heard about Team Training through a fellow
Weight Watcher's member - I had hit a plateau and knew I needed
to try something different to get out of the rut that I was
in.
Team Training has been a great positive
challenge - I have done things I haven't done since high school,
and every week I find that I am getting that little bit fitter,
and having some fun too! Kraig and Cindy have just the right
mix of motivation and support, and the variety of the workouts
is great.
I'm enjoying getting out in the fresh air
to start my day, and getting to work feeling recharged and
full of energy - so much so that I have signed up again!

Team Training is always challenging, it
really allows me to push myself as hard as I can. I haven’t
done anything quite as intense as this in the past so it took
a little time for the body to adjust but I have noticed a
significant change to my overall fitness level, weight and
muscle tone.
Kraig mixes it up for each session so we
are always working on different things which make it much
more enjoyable for me than going to the gym. Anyone thinking
about it I would recommend giving it go, you will start seeing
results surprisingly quickly.

The workout is great and has really improved my fitness levels.
